Lisa Gershenson is a chef, entrepreneur, teacher, consultant, world traveler, and food writer whose passion for global cuisine comes to life in her online journal, Cook’s Gazette. The site invites readers to explore and embrace the culinary world through stories, recipes, and insights. Through an ongoing collaboration, I’ve had the opportunity to design and manage the journal — helping shape its evolving presence and user experience.

With more than 2,000 members worldwide, the American Burn Association is committed to advancing burn care, prevention, education, and research.
